Dana In spite of one's best efforts, you are faced with so many challenges in achieving your goal. Even if you find the proper cushion and can ship such device to Egypt without tariffs and import charges thru customs, you have the additional issue of charging the chair once it gets there. Volts are different there and a new charger will be needed. Know this in your efforts to ship only one item. It could also take weeks to arrive after you ship it. You can also contact one of the many Non For Profit organizations that do the same thing, but on a much larger scale. Best Wishes W
