ECU, can be a very valuable piece of equipment when pretested and evaluated for use before buying. Many of the major rehab hospitals has centers to test this kind of equipment before buying. For example, the Brown Center at the Rehab Institute of Chicago has this equipment for testing. I also sure that Shepard, Kessler, Craig, Baylor and many of the military hospital have such centers.
