Danny, that also has happened to me a couple times.  Yes it possibly stones but 
then is usually accompanied by hypereflexia, elevated blood pressure, possible 
sweating etc.
it also could be imitation from the catheter.  Either way you're smart to get 
in touch with your urologist.  Hopefully he is familiar with SCI and neurogenic
