PT Cruiser, just may be the way to go if you live on flat land and your
chair does not exceed the driver's compartment. It would also depend on the
type
of equipment you need to drive and whether you need a steering wheel
extension. Visit a few NMEDA Dealers too. Granted, those people are gear'd
to
sell, but can also offer you some safe insights from production year to
production year.
I like the Braun Conversions, and so do much conversion shop. It seems like
adaptive equipment manufacturers designed their adaptive equipment from the
standard Braun Dodge Mini-Van as it is the most popular. 3 years ago, we
decided to try a Chevy Venture Van (Mini) and had to wait an additional 6
months
so that the Gold Series Joystick equipment could be re-adapted to the Chevy.
 Time is money too.
If you are a traveling driver... where do you want to be when your brand new
van has a problem?
As close to your dealer... or another dealers as you can be.
Best Wishes

I am taking driving lessons in a Dodge Mini Van, but if I can get a new “car”
after I pass, I’d like something other than a van. I like the Honda
Element, it can be converted. The Scion XB is a bit like an Element. Not as
nice,
but better than a van. I saw a huge pickup, but that’s too big.
Thanks for any ideas… Greg
