Thanks for the updated info.
Now you will learn the difference between COST, VALUE and WORTH.
You have some homework to do before you consider on signing a settlement  
with your insurance company.
Also you may have to review the terms of your insurance policy regarding  
your insurance company's responsibility on replacement vs coverage.
 
You must be able to document each and every cost, value and worth.
