Hi Dana.

I don't use a diuretic. It's really difficult to use a diuretic when you do
intermittent catheterization. None of the doctors seem very concerned about
the edema, and for me it is just a nuisance at this point. Since I drive my
wheelchair with a control collar around my neck, I can't wear necklaces and
things like that. My fingers swell up, so I cannot wear rings, so my jewelry
options are earrings and a watch. So much for my feminine vanity ha ha.

Joan

Hi Joan,

Do you take a diuretic? I do and that really helps with swelling only it
was on my legs and feet. I don't know of for having from the same reason,
but I would think so? Just wondering
I take hydrochlorothiazide .
