I only stayed at 1 hotel, and that was on 2 different trips to AZ. My last trip I called the night before to confirm my reservations for the accessible room. But when I got there it was full, and had been for months and going to be used for months to come. So when I made my reservations they knew it was full. They just want to get you there and hope to fit you in somewhere. It ended up working out well though. Instead of the accessible 3 bed room, 4 of us in 1 room (1 person using a roll-in bed) they gave us 2 rooms for the same price. 1 room was a 2 bed accessible room. Living there for 2 months, it was less crowded.
