When I was looking at the Omega Trac, which is based in Texas, they actually freighted one up to me and one of the representatives came to the house and we tried it out. Since I use a chin controller. I was unable to actually control it myself. However, my son-in-law tried it out, and then we went all over the property with me in my chair and my son-in-law using the other wheelchair. We were unable to get my insurance to pay for it, and I eventually bought my Omega Trac on eBay. Teftec, the makers of Omega Trac, have been very supportive and I am very pleased with the company and my Omega Trac.
