In Ohio parking lots are mostly private and cops can't give tickets and don't even in public lots. I have had a ticket for blocking traffic while I was getting out of the van. I made the mistake of using an Access bus parking spot. Access is code for we are on time 22% of the time which closely correlates to the number of retarded people that sign the card saying they enjoyed riding the bus for 3 1/2 hours to go 17 miles. If it wasn't for Access there wouldn't be jobs for crack addicts and gangbangers. Last summer, state police and the crip patrol set up a sting at Chicagoland Speedway. Over a 2 day period 60 tickets were issued and tags taken.
