Oh yeah I forgot about that.  I use these tight granny panty tummy cinchers
by Jockey, I think.  They are the kind that go almost up to my boobs if I
really pull.  They help with blood pressure and keeping it all in ;-)
Binders got too cumbersome for me- always digging in.

I would go for a corset if I could find one that works for me.  I am a tad
vain sometimes, I guess.

 Corsets and properly fitted binders can do wonders in containing those
money pouches.  But better yet, they can do positive things in aligning the
spine and support the back, while sitting in a chair.
The operative phrase remains,  properly fitted.
