I have a heater by me at all times.......not the kind that radiates 
heat......the kind that blows heat.....its awesome.......and others are not 
affected.

  yes,and it can be frustrating when you are cold and others are hot,when you 
are in the same room. i just put it down to the fact that when you have a 
serious spinal injury,the bodies thermostat no longer works,therefore,we might 
be extremely cold whilst,others around us are feeling the heat.     Dun'

using as many blankets, when I get too hot my arms start to hurt and I feel 
cold. I pull the blankets up higher and tighter, even feel like shivering.
