But lately, even when the house is not as warm and I'm not using as many blankets, when I get too hot my arms start to hurt and I feel cold. I pull the blankets up higher and tighter, even feel like shivering. Until I realize I'm overheated. I have to pull my arms out, try to lower the blankets to get some air. I've only recently had this feeling. When I'm overheated in the daytime, I feel hot, but not in bed. Anyone else get that feeling t night?
