Hi, I have a lot of UTI's and gut or bladder type spasms and pains. The
doctors found a golf ball size bladder stone and removed it January 29th, it
was my 1st in 9 years as a quad. But now after the surgury i'm having a lot of
the same type of pains again-- I suspect its another UTI because they gave me a
lot of anti biotics during the surgury time 2 months back and said the surgury
alone causes UTI's . I'm like you constant pain and repeat UTI's can be a
living nightmare. In answer to your question..........yes, back pain, bladder
or gut type pain and spasms and repeat UTI's can signal a Bladder or Kidney
