I do not recall liberals or liberal media being anti God? I'm not real sure about the little prayers your talking about, like, "dear God let him miss me!". Prayers for the little things, such as when something slips out of my hand and I utter a quick prayer, "don't let it fall on the floor" and it catches on my lap. Interesting note: I read a post the other day of someone who didn't believe God helps with things that happen in our lives especially the little things.
