I have a TDX5 and it is mid-wheel drive. It has 2 back wheels that have big springs on them. So when going over a bump, the chair tips back.
Big Problem. When going up the ramp in my van, the chair tips back, lifting the front wheels off the ground. Then I come back down and hit my head on the van's top door jam. Not padded. I called and they said it can not be adjusted, but the coming down part can be set slower. Anyone else have this problem and fixed it? Thanks, Greg
