I don't know where you live. You would have to meet with the doctor and bring your records. I'd guess you would want to see a urologist. I don't know many doctors that write statements without meeting someone, in fact, I don't know any. The doctor would want to be sure the prostate has been removed. I'm sure if a doctor removed your prostate, he would put it in writing. I thought this was so clear cut but apparently I am vary mistaken I am requesting from anyone who can refer me to a doctor willing to write a statement for me. I need a statement that is to state in a sentance that a folly injury more likely than not was the cause of the remval of a prostate. Records can be sent but my time is short.
