Bill, I have only had one ECU over the 12 years that I have been chairbound. I use a Quartet, but my understanding is they are extremely pricey. I use both sip-n-puff (switch activated with my headrest while I am in the wheelchair) and voice to activate and control the ECU. I prefer the sip-n-puff when I am in bed and voice when I am in the wheelchair. My occupational therapist has informed me they are still working on a new model of this particular ECU, but the old one is extraordinarily stable. Quadius
