Hi Merrill I had problems for over two years with gas, diarrhea that had no rhyme or reason to it –or so I thought. I finally went to a gastroenterologist, and after some testing he found out that I was highly lactose intolerant, to the point of being lactose allergic. It has made an unbelievable difference in my life, even though I miss most cheese, as I’m only able to eat cheese that is aged over 24 months. You might want to see about getting the test on to see if you are lactose intolerant. Joan
