[QUAD-L] PT cruiser

The PT Cruiser as an accessible vehicle is a joke. The ramp is so steep you 
need 4 wheel drive, not to mention no room to meneuver. Whoever designed this 
vehicle doesnt have a clue on accessibility. Vans have been used for 30 yrs for 
a reason.
