With all due respect Dan. Don't play doctor. Someone who is 70 with those symptoms should be seen by a medical doctor to determine the cause. If I'm not mistaken, legs swell during the day and shrink at night while the person is reclined. For someone with the opposite problem, medical intervention is necessary. Hi All, My Mother just turned 70 years old, she has been feeling weak and having swelling of her legs only during the night. At daytime the swelling goes back down. I remember a few of the quad ladies were having some leg swelling issues before. She wanted me to search and see if I can find any conditions that may cause this? Thanks for any idea's on this...I may have to get her to go see a doctor. She has seldom ever seen any doctors in her life and dislikes to take meds...she is even afraid of aspirin. LOL That seems strange to me because I take so many meds being a Quad. Thanks for any input... Dan H. c-6 ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
