Hey,
  As long as the needles are in a red container, thats seems reasonable to me.
   
  People have been throwing kids diapers in the trash for 40 yrs, so I dont 
think a disabled individuals diapers are any more of a biohazard.
   
  Betadine is harmless, I go by the you gotta do what ya have to policy to 
survive.
