Greg, I tried that chair out several years ago and if I remember right there is a plastic cap atop the wheels that will allow you to tighten the nut on the caster bolt. That would certainly help the wobble stop. I know on the invacare storm series that what is done. You tighten the caster just enough to have the caster do a full spin when pushed by a hand.
