They say it’s passed crash test safety and can be equipped for a tetra to
drive.

It has joy stick drive or digi drive available.

It isn’t supposed to drive anywhere over 35 mph so only city driving but for
getting around town it would be great.

Nice ride for paras but I don't think its safe enough or drivable for a
quad.  I could be wrong too.

Actually, I don't know if the vehicle has passed the North American Crash
requirements.
