Greg, I also have one of those pedal bike things (Oxy cycle). I am using mine for my legs. My right leg is paralyzed and will not stay on the pedal, so my aid tied my foot to the pedal with a pantyhose. She is the only one that knows how to tie it so my foot doesn't fall out. When I was in therapy, they also used the Velcro gloves for the hands and Velcro straps for the feet.
