First off, thank you all for your support regarding my VR & BSCI 
problems. You guys are great. I finally got the notification in writing. 
My attorneys have been contacted and now I'm starting the appeal process.

Does any of you kind people know where I can find the official VR 
handbook/manual? Thank you kindly.
