Patience may be a virtue, but not if you are a quad.
Once a company files for bankruptcy, it does owe their creditors a penny.
That is why they filed.
Anything do after that filing for bankruptcy is merely an act of good
gesture. Its not required. Not
one penny. So if help happens, consider yourself lucky.... actually very
lucky.

If you want to read some great comments about Redman... go to their paid
advertisement in New Mobility
Magazine. They advertise there big. Kinda of like putting two or three
hooks on a fishing line.

If you don't hear a good thing about Redman from others..... there is a
reason.
Best Wishes

How does this reply sound?
Thanks for your replies, I just forwarded your complaints to my DME
Supplier that is trying to sell me this new Redman. Hopefully he will be
able to help both of you with your problems. Since they want to sell me and
many others on their new chair. I pray that this will be enough incentive to
get Redman to do what is right. I really appreciate your feedback, even
though it wasn't what I was hoping to hear. But the TRUTH hurts unless it
comes from the big book, and your on the right side. Does anyone have any
good reports?
