Nobody get upset! If you disagree, fine. I wasn't trying to start a debate
last time, and I'm not trying to start one now. But pollution does affect
everyone, including quads. Especially ventilator dependent quads like myself.
Sign or don't. I just thought those of us who would want to sign this who were
unaware of it would find this worthwhile. No need to debate.

Subject: Does the P in EPA stand for Pollution?

Stop the EPA from Allowing More Pollution in National Parks:

 <http://go.care2.com/e/sBNB/l0D6/_0VI> Hi Angelique,

- Right now the P in EPA stands for 'protection'. But after their new
proposal allowing power plants to emit more toxins into national parks,
maybe they should change it to 'pollution'.

Tell the EPA that you don't <http://go.care2.com/e/sBNB/l0D6/_0VI> want to
see power plant pollution in your national parks>>
<http://go.care2.com/e/sBNB/l0D6/_0VI>

By law, national parks and wilderness areas are to have the cleanest air in
the country.

However, the EPA has drafted a proposal that would allow coal-fired power
plants to submit misleading and inaccurate reports describing how much of
their pollution is emitted into national parks.

Instead of enforcing the law requiring national parks have pristine air, the
EPA wants to pretend these areas are cleaner than they actually are!

And now because the EPA claims the air in National Parks is clean, they are
proposing rules to allow big polluters to circumvent strict pollution
limits.

A vote on the "Environmental Pollution Agency's" proposal will happen
Monday, August 6, so we only have a few days to stop this before it becomes
law!

Tell EPA Administrator Johnson <http://go.care2.com/e/sBNB/l0D6/_0VI> not
to pollute our national parks>> <http://go.care2.com/e/sBNB/l0D6/_0VI>

Thank you for helping make a difference on this important issue!
