I'm trying to get a handcycle for my 'walking for fitness' class and recreational purposes.? I was told that DARS (vocational rehab) would purchase recreational equipment.? Is that true?? They just told me no it's exersice equipment and it's not required for my class.? Everyone I've talked says they will purchase recreational equipment.
