Stacy--Dmannose is a good product..Although it only works on one type of bacteria, which is the ecoli type,, but that is the kind that women get most often. It is a harmless kind of sugar that draws the bacteria to it and then out of the body,, as far as I know it has no bad side effects and even diabetics like me can take it with no problem or worries.
