I'm pretty certain any of the folks in health food supplement stores can tell
you about great products with combinations of healthful bacteria to help with
constipaation or the runs and to take while using anti biotics. I learn a lot
talking with folks there.
If your system has the good bacteria working it will often avoid an infection
because there is nothing for bad bacteria to feed on.
There are other products that help your immune system fight infections. Every
doctor I know takes vitamins daily because it is good for your immune system
and anti biotics shouldn't be a first choice if you're reasonably healthy.

I'm going to say it, Its been 32 years today since I had my spine injured. I
have no memory of it, or much of anything else before it happened. I wish all
of you the very best.

I got some pro-biotic pills at the health food store that do the same thing -
restore good bacteria.

John,

Not a problem. Shoot if it wasn't for "spell check" I'd misspell 60% of my
words. LOL.

BTW, how often do you take such a supplement? Something like, once a day?
Again, I'm sorry for my spelling, I should have looked it up.
Again, I wasn't trying to harp on your spelling...I just found that by doing a
search on each the word (either way it's spelled) lead me in different areas.

Thanks again,

Keith/C4-5/NJ/34

PS. As of right now, I started eating yogurt. (First one, this morning) I'll
eat this once a day and see if my B/R gets better.
