I have a automatic door lock and opener. It locks magnetically but you mess it up big time if you open it with a deadbolt locked, so loose that thing. Mine opens for 20 seconds then closes and locks on the auto setting. (it has a button so it will stay open) My neighbor got one so his wife couldnt stand holding the door open by the hour. He swears he saves a fortune on heating and cooling. It cost about $260 though. It was from smarthomes.
