Subject: [VENT-L] LP10 mounting pictures needed
Would you all please send me some pictures showing the various ways
you've managed to attach a LP10 to your standing wheelchair? I'm
having some issues with the LTV and will likely be returning it, so I
need to look into my options with the LP10. Because of tracking and
weight-distribution concerns, I know DMEs usually prefer keeping a
vent of that size close to the floor - but I don't like the small
cart-type attachment that Permobil has available because it adds
length to the chair. My current vent tray won't work because it will
interfere with the chair's positioning functions. I would like to
have my LP10 mounted in a way similar to how the LTVs hang on the back
of the chair, and then stabilize it with bungee cords. One of you
told me a long time ago that you had been able to do that with your
chair using a LP10. I forgot who it was but I'm hoping that person
will read this again be able to help - but I would appreciate pictures
from anyone. Thanks for you time.
