Because, no two arms with hands are the same these days, so a general trough
and hand supports
may vary greatly.
If you have a major rehab hospital in your area, you might inquire about
their rehab technology department and custom fittings. The reasons are many.

I need to purchase an arm trough with a hand straightener attached to it.
My hand
makes a fist & I need help to keep it straight.

I have seen lots of arm trough but they don't have anything for the hand.
Any recommendations?
