I have been out with my own UTI for some time and am just getting a chance to respond to some of the e-mails. I hope you're able to get over this UTI pretty quickly. I agree with Lori that you need to look for another position ASAP. A doctor that waits that long to respond to something as serious as what you have is either incompetent or seriously negligent.
