It looks more than 35M of water, Dave.  You didn't mention the  material of 
your pool, ie: poured and reinforced concrete, fibreglass  shell.  I'm guessing 
that the contractor will choose to remove and replace  what you have as 
modifications, won't do the same.  Cost of materials vary  across the US and 
labor 
rates as well.
