I did a search on the SAT mattresses and found out "Will the real SAT beds
stand up?  One of the first hyperlinks that came up was that it was made by
KCI... the maker of the wound VACS.  After that, there were a bunch of other
sites also calling the mattresses the same thing but were not really the
same thing.  Try it.

I have to agree with Mark that these things are certainly not cracked up to
be what they say they are.  Too many people are trying to sell all these
different mattresses with all of their wacky marketing.

You know how Lindsay Wagner has an advertisement for the "sleep number
bed?"  That bed is no different than the rotating air mattress that I have
on my hospital bed!  I can adjust my rotating air mattress at different
levels of comfort also.  They are selling anything "new" or "remarkable."

My husband had found the same goes for the temperpedic beds.  Advertising
that the material first came, or was used by, NASA... means diddly shit.
They only use that for marketing.

It's always about buyer beware!
