Donald,
I have the old-fashioned waterbed. Do you think the waterbed with Chambers
gives the same type of pressure relief as the old-fashioned bed with baffles.
 Just wondering.

Your question is very good about what other people use and find the most
comfortable.

i have been a quad for a mere 16 years and i have a cal king size motionless
water bed. basically its a regular box spring with a foam bucket that holds
9 individual tubes of water covered with a foam cap. i have only had 1 small
pressure soar from my cushion wearing out. i have always enjoyed the fact my
bedroom doesn't look clinical with something like a hospital bed. i also like
having a 2 person bed for the times in life Ive had a girlfriend and the
rest of the time my dog uses the other side. the foam cap on my bed is wearing
out a bit and I'm thinking about my next bed. i still want a king size but not
sure what type. memory foam, posturepedic, or maybe air. I'm curious do most
of you use a medical type bed or a regular bed and which types or brands of
both kinds?

thanks, donald

I have had the same mattress on my hospital bed for 30 years or more so it's
pretty much worn out. I called my medical supplier to order a new one -
we'll see!
