Go to Google, then select Maps from the upper left. You have to zoom out until you are either in a city that has it or until the whole USA shows.
Then in the Map view in the upper right there are 5 options. Street View-Traffic-Map-Satellite-Terrain. If Street View doesn't show, zoom out more. It will show a camera on each city that has it. You click on the city. It shows the city map and the areas that turn blue are streets you can click on and view the streets from a car view of driving. Pretty cool, but only a few cities so far. We of course use Google Earth, Live Local, etc. but it sounds like you have found something that shows you "like you are going down the street." I have not yet seen anything like that.
