[QUAD-L] parking in the hashed lines

Hi all,
  The hashed lines are not to be parked in by handicap, jesus, or president 
bush. Cops have been fired for parking in them. I get blocked in by other 
handicap persons or able bodies parking over the line. There is no excuse for 
this and id like to throw a brick through anyones window parking in the hash 
lined area. Maybe if they buy a few windows they wont do it anymore, lol.
