You're very correct that it seems to take a long time to get parts for my Permobile which seems ridiculous as it would seem they would have parts in the US but it seems like it takes forever. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. If you can believe that I had only had E & J, which were not comfortable at all. Dana
