Besides  the 3/32 cable that cost about 8-12 dollars, you have to know how it 
winds  around the takeup reel and idler arm. Then there may be 2 yokes and 2 
stops  that have to be crimped, once the cable is in place.

How did you become so knowledgeable about *all* the accessible vans &  
anything else that deals with accessibility? How many manuals do you 
have sitting around? :-)
