Mark, I am in my fourth day of wearing the patch. I am on a very low dose at this time (25 mg). It has helped a little. I hope constipation will not become an issue. I have had a problem with constipation with every pain medication that I have taken. I have Miralax waiting, just in case. Wish me luck. Naomi
