I can honestly say that I am very happy with my life. It certainly helped
that I was 51 when I broke my neck, because I already had a full life so I
did not have as many regrets that I had missed many opportunities. I think I
have more appreciation of each little thing that happens that I did before I
broke my neck.

I would not choose this, but I am determined to live and enjoy my life for
as long as God allows me to.

I hope that you find peace and happiness in your future.

Subject: [QUAD-L] are you happy?

Just curious if any are honestly happy with your lives? I try to pretend but
it’s getting harder as the days bye…. I recently broke up with my fiancé…. I
felt like I couldn’t keep her happy and that she deserved to be…. Even if
that means I won’t “I’m getting used to it….”
