Hey guys, Lori hit the nail on the head, Im ten years into my injury....c7 quad , I use majic bullet suppossitories every other day. The only way I fully evacuate is through digital stimulation. My ol man does this but its been a hard road for us both. Im independent with catherizations and dressing but still havent been able to do routines independenly. I have tried but its difficult to learn this on your own........Ive thought of many diff adaptations to perform it but still not independent Lori also hit home with the syrinx symptoms..........my stomach and back are killing me these days. The amytriptyline im on only works at night and adds to my gut. During the day im sufferring pretty good but trying to keep rolling. Noone understands how bad the pain is...im going to get another mri soon. ron c7
