I can dictate faster than I could type, however, I have found that if you
aren't a good orator or meticulous about making corrections, it is not the
most accurate thing in the world.

If you have some mobility and are able to type a little bit, I would
recommend going with the cheaper version from one of the local stores.  If
you need entirely hands-free, then you might want to think about the
professional, but it is definitely expensive.
