I have never really had too much problem with dental, other than them
requiring me to transfer into their chairs.  However, I get my work done at
the VA, so I can't complain too much.

Sorry to hear about your issues with feeling down.  I myself have been going
through some of that lately.  I don't often have these difficulties, but
just trying to work through them is vital.  I didn't get a chance to read
all of your other e-mails, but I hope you are able to work through pretty
quickly.
