Not only are they experts in speech recognition and Dragon, they also know
about microphones. You can purchase them through them as well. That's what I
did, and I'm very happy with my microphones, and their customer support. They
don't stop trying to fix things for you until they are fixed. They really get
how important all this stuff is for people like us. (In case anyone is
wondering, no, I'm not on their payroll. LOL! I'm just extremely pleased and
happy with these guys and their services.)
