Subject: headset problems
I also have a Plantronics wireless headset but I'm having problems with thez and wanted to ask your help. I set up the base station and charged the headset but when I go to use the phone I get feedback from the headset. I tried to troubleshoot but cannot find the answer. Have you come across similar problems and if you did how do you solve a problem. I have a DSL line for my computer and phone and wanted to if you had the same? I put filters on the line for my hardline phone and for the computer but wonder if I'll need a filter specifically for the wireless phone base.
