The lever closest to the front was to lift the platform from the ground to the air and down again. The second lever. is for folding and stowing the lift. I gather that one is not connected. That switch could also be using on the old crowriver automatic door openers too, when properly wired. Best Wishes In a message dated 1/30/2008 8:18:26 P.M. Hey guys, I bought a used ford e-150 couple of years ago. It has a crow river lift but had no manuals of any kind. As you know the lift handlebar has 2 toggle switches. Of course one raises and folds the lift. The other, toward the front of the lift, does absolutely nothing that I can tell. Can any of you crow river owners tell me what that switch is for? I know it is not just for looks! **************Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape. http://body.aol.com/fitness/winter-exercise?NCID=aolcmp00300000002489
