When I am hiring someone other than my primary I pay between 15 and $20 an
hour, but like someone else said it's because I have to keep them and this
area is considerably more expensive when it comes to care.

As far as tax purposes, I'm not sure. I have been told it is a medical
expense which can be deducted, but I'm really not up on the tax laws.
