Folks have done a lot of good work signing on to our letter to CMS regarding
the CMS case management rule changes, and faxing and sending comments of their
own. Keep it up, and here is another thing that is happening with this as
well...
NOW, there is a bill in Congress now that would put stop CMS from going ahead
with the case management rule changes to make 70% cuts in case management for
people moving out of institutions and for other Medicaid case management
services. H.R. 5173 and S. 2578 are the bill numbers
The House Bill is currently in the Committee on Energy and Commerce. Submit a
comment asking for their support today!
